Welcome to International Insurance Institute, Inc.’s exciting launch of our On-Line Video Program. The courses offered are based on our most highly requested classroom workshops like, Awesome Claims Customer Service and Negotiations Skills for Claims Professionals. In these programs students will learn how to put into use the newly acquired knowledge and skills through interactive teaching, claims specific activities and real-life problem solving exercises.

The goal of our training is to produce results. Therefore, each course is made up of not only interactive instruction, but also questions directly relating to information given during each segment. Students will also be given a final test after completing the full course. In an effort to help students’ development, our courses have been accredited by numerous Department of Insurance offices for Continuing Education credit.
